Personal Data Processing Policy

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to https://platform.ekzo.dev (the Site) is processed and protected.

1.2. The personal data operator is sole proprietor Dmitry Viktorovich Arkhipov (OGRNIP 306784706200235, INN 781431389513), the Operator.

1.3. The Policy is issued under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (the Law) and is publicly available on the Site.

1.4. The Policy covers only data the Operator receives through the Site. Processing of data held in customers' applications built on the Operator's software is governed by the contracts with those customers.

2.1. Data a visitor provides in the feedback form: name, organisation, email address and the text of the request. All fields except the request text are required; without them the Operator cannot reply.

2.2. Technical data sent by the browser with each request and recorded in the web server logs: IP address, browser and operating system details, date and time of the request, the page requested.

2.3. The Site uses no web analytics, advertising or other counters and sets no cookies of its own. The colour theme and language chosen by a visitor are kept in the browser's local storage on their device and are not sent to the Operator.

2.4. To display pages, the Site loads fonts and icons from third-party services (Google Fonts, jsDelivr). The visitor's browser contacts these services directly and discloses its IP address to them. The Operator passes no visitor data to these services.

2.5. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

3.1. Feedback form data is processed to answer the request, prepare a commercial proposal and discuss the terms of providing the software. The legal ground is the visitor's consent (Article 6(1)(1) of the Law), given by ticking the consent box before sending the form.

3.2. Technical data is processed to keep the Site running and secure: to find and fix faults and to repel attacks. The legal ground is the exercise of the Operator's rights and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(7) of the Law).

3.3. The Operator does not use the data for mailings beyond the visitor's request and makes no decisions based on it that have legal effects for the visitor.

4.1. Processing is automated and consists of collection, recording, systematisation, storage, use and deletion of personal data.

4.2. Recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.

4.3. The Operator does not disclose personal data, pass it to third parties or transfer it across borders, except where required by the law of the Russian Federation.

5.1. Feedback form data is kept until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than three years after the last request, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

5.2. Web server logs are kept for no longer than six months.

5.3. When the retention period ends, the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted within thirty days.

6.1. A visitor may obtain information about the processing of their personal data, demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or not needed for the stated purpose, and withdraw consent.

6.2. Requests and withdrawals of consent are sent to contacts@ekzo.dev. The Operator replies within ten working days of receipt; the period may be extended by no more than five working days, with the reasons given to the visitor.

6.3. A visitor may appeal the Operator's actions to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

7.1. The Site is served over HTTPS only; form data is transmitted encrypted.

7.2. Only the Operator has access to received requests and to web server logs. Server access accounts are protected and are not shared with third parties.

7.3. The Operator takes other legal, organisational and technical measures needed to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure.

8.1. The Operator may amend the Policy. A new version takes effect when published on the Site.
