A low-code platform for manufacturing companies

Connect the shop floor and the office: repair requests, work orders, defect reports and reporting — in one window, on top of your MES, ERP and accounting systems.

Industry landscape

What manufacturers are up against

Production changes faster than accounting systems can keep up.

Shop floor and office are disconnected
MES, ERP and 1C run separately — production data is reconciled by hand.
Costly accounting-system upgrades
Any change to the accounting system is months of work and vendor dependency.
Paper docflow on the shop floor
Work orders, defect reports and acts are on paper — easy to lose or delay.
No unified production picture
Metrics across shops and sites are scattered — hard to make timely decisions.

Effect: Less equipment downtime
Integration without replacement

Connect to MES, ERP and shop-floor systems as-is

The platform connects to accounting and production systems through their APIs and databases — Registry reads existing data without changing its structure, and Relay brings REST, SOAP and OData exchange to a single format. No need to replace MES or ERP: low-code becomes an orchestration layer on top of them.

The platform works at the level of accounting systems (MES, ERP, 1C) over standard exchange protocols — it does not replace or connect directly to controllers and industrial control systems.

Machine-building plant, digitizing maintenance and shop-floor accounting

Repair requests used to travel as a paper order and phone calls between the shop and the office. With a solution built on Ekzo Platform, requests, crew assignment and work closure are in one window, and reporting builds itself.
